This interactive workshop will use Everything DiSC Workplace to identify personal preferences and how individuals approach workplace activities. Workplace activities may include work at an organization, volunteer work, work in church ministry etc.
- Target Audience: Suitable for employees at all levels of the organisation. Great for project teams, department teams, Management teams
- Mode: Face to face or live online
- Duration: 2-hour workshop. Learners required to complete assessments and some pre-work before the workshop
The workshop will assist participants in understanding differences in how they “see things” in comparison with others, and how this may have led to a lack of interest, conflict or disappointment in the past. It can also help them to identify why some tasks/projects seem like a huge chore, while others cause high levels of excitement. By learning more about themselves and others, individuals gain a different perspective on why others behave the way they do, which can have a positive impact on communication and how people relate to each other. It also provides persons with a better understanding of the things that create an environment can benefit the group’s ability to work better as a team.
For participants: See how your style affects the way you interact in your personal and professional relationships. Use your DiSC Style to explore the priorities, drivers, motivators and stressors that shape your workplace experiences. During the seminar, you will learn about the different DiSC styles and have an opportunity to interact with persons who have similar and different styles during the seminar. By the end of the seminar, you will have the start of an action plan incorporating strategies to improve your effectiveness in how you work with others.

The platforms: With Everything DiSC Workplace Legacy Assessment, participants receive a pdf profile report and can sign up for MyEverythingDiSC learning platform for on-going learning. Participants can invite others to share their DiSC profile to be able to learn more about their similarities, differences and how they interact with each other.
Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst, participants register for Catalyst to complete their assessment and will gain access to a narrative-style profile report. Participants will be able to view all others within the same organisation and all of the additional features available to Catalyst users.
