• You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.  Once your order has been processed, you will receive a follow up e-mail with information on how to take the assessment and access the profile.
• Each purchase provides a link with unique personal access code for 1 person, with instructions on how to set-up the account and take the assessment.
• On completion of the assessment, you will receive immediate access to a personal profile report of the following:
  • Personal, unique DiSC style, priorities and shading, as well as motivators and stressors
  • An overview of the DiSC styles and strategies to improve effectiveness and communication
  • Tips and suggestions for improving relationships at work and outside of work

Yes! If you are purchasing the assessment for someone else, you can forward the link to the assessment to them. When they have completed the assessment, they can email the results to you if you need to have access. We can also forward the results to you, as the purchaser, however, you will need to contact us to request the results.

If you have purchased multiple assessments, we will send a group of codes to the email address provided, and you can distribute as required. 

You can also let us know if you on checkout if you would like us to contact you to arrange for individual distribution on your behalf to your assigned email addresses.  We will discuss options for how you would like to have them distributed, customizations for the report, as well as timing for release to learners. 

Yes! Quantity discounts are available for profile assessments and are applied automatically in the cart.

Yes! When you purchase an Everything DiSC profile you will be eligible to access to MyEverythingDiSC.  Learners can simply visit MyEverythingDiSC.com to create an account and access insights on the results.  Profiles purchased on Catalyst will have the full benefits of the Catalyst Learning Platform.

Once on the site, learners are able to access their profile, discover more about their DiSC style, practice people-reading with Customer Interaction Maps (exclusive to the Everything DiSC^® Sales Profile), and create one-on-one or group comparisons with coworkers, friends or family.

Once you’ve set up your account, you can invite others who have taken one of the DiSC assessments to share their profile with you.

You can get tips for working better together: building relationships, getting buy-in, giving and receiving feedback, managing tensions, or working on a project together. These are valuable and actionable insights.

Catalyst is a different way to experience DiSC.  Catalyst presents the profile through an online, interactive platform.  Once you complete your Catalyst assessment, you gain instant access to the Catalyst platform with no expiration date. There are no extra fees for continued access to the platform.

Everything DiSC Workplace, Everything DiSC Agile EQ and Everything DiSC Management are available on Catalyst.

Kits and profiles are sold separately.  Kits contain course materials (PowerPoint decks, Leader’s Guides, handout masters) for DiSC training.

No, you do not need to be certified to administer, use, or train with DiSC profiles. However, you can purchase and enroll in one of the DiSC Certification courses.

Facilitation materials are customizable, and designed in a user-friendly, experiential-learning format designed to be used by people with all levels of training experience. They will guide you through how to interpret and conduct complete training with our profiles.
