Learners required to complete assessments and some pre-work before the workshop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The workshop will assist participants in understanding differences in how they &#8220;see things&#8221; in comparison with others, and how this may have led to a lack of interest, conflict or disappointment in the past.\u00a0 It can also help them to identify why some tasks\/projects seem like a huge chore, while others cause high levels of excitement.\u00a0 By learning more about themselves and others, individuals gain a different perspective on why others behave the way they do, which can have a positive impact on communication and how people relate to each other.\u00a0 It also provides persons with a better understanding of the things that create an environment can benefit the group&#8217;s ability to work better as a <strong>team<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>For participants:\u00a0<\/em><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>See how your style affects the way you interact in your personal and professional relationships.\u00a0\u00a0Use your DiSC Style to explore the priorities, drivers, motivators and stressors that shape your workplace experiences.
